Finder fee, buyers outside the EU

We have branded energy-type cans available in pallet lots for buyers outside the EU. You introduce importers, distributors or wholesale traders, and we sell, invoice and ship. You do not negotiate or sign for us.

What you are paid

5% of what the buyer pays, once per introduced buyer. Every rate is a share of money received, excluding VAT. Self-employed, one-off fee, no base pay.

How it works

1. Register each buyer with us first. The buyer must have agreed to be introduced. The first registration holds that buyer for 90 days.
2. You introduce the buyer, then step out.
3. If a buyer asks about price: please write to info@blankcan.eu (private-label cans; United Kingdom: info@blankcan.co.uk) or info@nordicfunctional.com (trade cans).

Where

Open: buyers outside the EU.

Not open in: the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), Armenia included.

Every company is cleared by name before your first approach.

Terms in short

• Registered businesses only: a registered company or a registered self-employed person.
• Your title is introducer. You introduce a named buyer who agreed to it, then step out. We alone handle terms, prices, samples, orders and payment.
• You do not send a quote or price list, pass on terms, or chase an order. There are no targets or territory. We never ask you to spend money (travel, events, samples), and we send samples ourselves.
• An order you claim to make binds us only if we confirm it in writing.
• One fee, on the buyer's first paid order only. Nothing on reorders. Refunds and chargebacks within 6 months come off the next statement.
• Registration is in writing. The first registration wins and lapses after 90 days without a paid order. Each buyer is confirmed in a short one-off letter.
• A statement every month, by the 5th working day.
• Claims: only our written material, word for word. No health or effect claims for drinks.
• Your own hours, tools and costs. Other principals are allowed. No targets, no company e-mail, no exclusivity.
• Notice to end the agreement: 1, 2, 3 or 4 months in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year onwards. Registrations already logged keep their 90 days.
• Latvian law and the Riga courts.
