Who controls the data

SIA Isteno (reg. 40203532522, Pūces iela 49-53C, Rīga) controls the data you enter in the forms on this site. Contact: hello@isteno.com.

What is collected, and why

• Application: your name, e-mail, company name, registration number, country, languages, products of interest, who you already sell to, how you heard about us, and your confirmations. Purpose: to handle your application. An application from someone who is not a registered business is declined and not stored.
• Registration of a buyer: your rep code, the product, the buyer's company, country and contact role, and the time we receive it. Purpose: to record who introduced which buyer, and when, so that the first registration can be decided and commission calculated.
• Acceptance of your agreement: the name and role you type, the time, your IP address, your browser's user agent and a fingerprint (SHA-256) of the agreement PDF you accepted. Purpose: proof that the agreement was made, and on which text.

How long

Applications and registrations: 24 months from the day you send the form, then they are deleted. Acceptance records and the agreement: while the agreement runs and afterwards for as long as a claim under it can be brought.

Where, and who sees it

The data is kept in a private store (Vercel Blob, Frankfurt region). It is not published, sold or used for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and has no analytics. To limit abuse the server counts requests per IP address for a few minutes, in memory only. The address is not stored, except with the acceptance of an agreement as described above.

Your rights

You can ask us at hello@isteno.com to see, correct or delete your data, and you can complain to your national data protection authority.
